Get to Know Me
Choosing the right editor can feel like a daunting task. Finding someone you connect with, who has a vision that aligns with your values, is a big part of a positive editing experience. Here's a little bit about me so you can get to know your new editing buddy:

1. I have a decade of combined writing experience, primarily in public relations and content creation, so I know how important it is to promote your unique voice, and I have the skills to do so.
2. I have always had a passion for health and wellness—my first job was a dietetic assistant at a hospital, I worked in fitness clubs for years, I went to school for aesthetics, I have studied nutrition recreationally and experimented with different diets including ayurveda and veganism, and I also live a sober lifestyle.
3. I am an avid yogi and recently graduated from a 200-hour yoga teacher certification program. When I'm not wielding my editing pen, you can catch me getting zen on my mat.
4. My love for books knows no bounds (obviously), but my go-to reads are psychological thrillers and whodunits. I love a good mystery or puzzle—like the mystery of how exactly to use a semicolon (pssst . . . I even have a semicolon tattoo).
5. The way to my heart is through coffee, ice cream, or pizza. I was a gluten-free vegan for a little over four years, but eventually the dairy and carbs won the battle . . . the coffee has remained a constant.
